WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Lifebridge, Lowell Client
I liked the journal + really liked the grounding technique. I used this an an opportunity to talk about mindfulness. Really liked sensory activity because it helped with anxiety related to PTSD.

Dallana Raymundo, Associate Director of Coaching & Mentoring at ALPHA Boston
I attended a student event and truly appreciated their honesty and especially Em's willingness to share her own personal struggles with mental health. Their event really helped me take a deeper look at my self-care and think about ways I can improve.

Female, Age 11
I really liked the heart shaped ice pack. I like it because when I was stressed out and I needed a minute I would just take it our and use it.
