What are they?
This box is filled with activities, resources, and coping tools that can typically found in therapist offices and clinics that support an individual who is experiencing mental health struggles. Each activity includes personal words from our team members to show that the person using this box is not alone.
How do they work?
These boxes are designed to be used during a person's time of need, when other resources may not be readily available; and remind the person that they are not alone and that the world needs them here. These boxes are not designed to be a replacement to professional mental health services.

Purpose
Every 40 seconds, someone in this world dies by suicide. We need more at-home, accessible resources for struggling adolescents and adults. With the rising need of mental health services, wait lists for therapists are weeks long. We need tools and resources in this waiting period that will provide support. We need more than a hotline number to call.
